Frying Oil Filteration Solutions

Two technologies. One promise: oil that’s not just filtered oil that’s restored.

Mechanical Filtration

What it does

Removes insoluble contaminants burnt food particles, metal wear debris, dust down to 5 microns and below.

Where it's used

All Klarol food and lubricant systems.

Adsorption Technology

What it does

Captures soluble contaminants  free fatty acids (FFA), total polar materials (TPM), oxidation by-products that mechanical filtration cannot remove.

Why it matters

Soluble contaminants are what make oil dark, smelly and unsafe not particles. Removing them is what extends oil life.

Vacuum Dehydration (LVDH)

What it does

Strips dissolved and free water from lubricating oils to below 100 ppm critical for hydraulic, turbine and gear systems.

Visual and measurable evidence of oil restoration effectiveness
