The Company

This case study features a leading aluminium extrusion manufacturer based in Machhiwara, District Ludhiana, Punjab. In extrusion, hydraulic power is the heart of the process, and the condition of the hydraulic oil directly determines how reliably the presses run.

The Challenge

Hydraulic oil plays a major role in the company’s manufacturing process, which makes hydraulic reliability mission-critical. When oil degrades, breakdowns follow and every breakdown stops production.

The company had already tried oil filtration machines from other manufacturers, but the results were underwhelming. They needed equipment that would genuinely keep their hydraulic systems clean and running not just on paper, but on the plant floor.
